Sauna, pool, boxing room, weights and cardio areas. If you come here for Instagram pictures or to look at girls, it's probably not the place for you.If you want to improve yourself, get healthy and train hard you should pay a visit.

TLDR It's great value for money, friendly staff, warm pool, sauna and free classes.For me it's an easy 5 stars, but lets start with the bad stuff.Huge car park, but it's not obvious as it's through the arch behind. Very welcoming, friendly staff, clean facilities and I enjoy the swimming and sauna and the gym here never too busy when I visit which I really prefer to the more commercial gyms which are often overcrowded.
