It's coming to something when a Post Office can't provide you with stamps. I only wanted 20 large 2nd class, not an unreasonable amount or type of purchase. But apparently they don't sell many stamps at that Post Office ...it's all parcels\\n\\nThey couldn't even make up the amount with a variety, which was my 2nd request.... read full comment

Abrupt and rude service, unexpected from a village post office.

Bad customer service and attitude from staff this morning: I was surprised that staff are not trained to accept an ordinary small parcel on a Saturday morning, about 10ish. Two customers were waiting to be served at the post office counter, but the shop assistant was busy tyding things away and chatting to her colleague.... read full comment
