Incredibly rude and either incompetent or lazy. I paid for a parcel delivery online, which explicitly said that I could drop the package at any Post Office. Horrendous, avoid this place! I posted a passport renewal in a paper thin envelope. Standard price as small letter is £2.75 signed for. They charged £3.45 for a large letter.
