Im hoping to change where my elderly fathers tablets go, as the person answering the phone is rude and not helpful at all ,clearly has zero customer service for complaints even tho, i have been polite, been waiting since last Monday for his heart med etc, still haven't got them.

When manny was at the pharmacy he did an amazing job with my mum who’s a vulnerable person since the new person has come in to take over they are messing around with her regular medication when phoned to ask to have her medication put in packs had a right attitude I will be changing her pharmacy as it’s gone downhill... read full comment

The chap who used to manage this place (Manny?) has moved on and it's clear he is the one who made it run like clockwork.The Staff are now completely overwhelmed. A week after my prescription was put in as urgent, I went in to collect it and saw a very long queue which wasn't moving.No-one greeted or even acknowledged... read full comment
