Knew exactly what I wanted when I came in and a lovely lady called Jodie in the west quay store helped me out today, very polite, made me feel comfortable and was very talkative with me. People like Jodie make me feel less anxious about shopping on my own :) x

Went to go in and there was a queuing system?! So I didn’t bother. Shame really but so not for me to go into a shop that has cordons & queues just to go in!
