Staff work in the front counter 2pm today overheard them talking horribly about a lady that had a clear head injury. Disgusting behaviour

This was appauling husbands sausage ciabata inedible so hard they changed it not much better I had the full english stone cold sent it back returned with another one not much better i will now go elsewhere for food as i didnt eat this No ketchup 15 minute wait for a white coffee and i was in the front of the queue sorry... read full comment

Expensive. And you're lucky if you find the fridges working. And stuff change place all the time. You never know what you're going to find at the bakery.
