My iced latte is say was under filled but the staff were very friendly and the guy working this morning was really funny , despite the busyness and stress the staff handled lots of caffine hungry customers really well

I accidentally spilt a coffee everywhere and the staff were very helpful and friendly as well as giving me a free drink even though it was my fault

Mopping the entrance floor at 6:20pm, not great. No wet floor signs.
I understand mopping lesser used areas but not the entrance lol
