It used to be good. I had some fish a week ago. The batter was soggy and greasy. I have now tried chicken chow mein with rice noodles. It used to be lovely. Today it was greasy, had a bitter taste. Previously it always had a generous amount of chicken. Today the chicken was almost non existent.

Phoned through an order 7.30pm and told it would be 30 mins which was fine as I was 30 min drive away. Got to lucky 8 at 8pm introduced myself and waited. After an hour I questioned where my order was, and was told they hadn't started to cook it yet as I hadn't paid yet, and if I paid now they would start to cook it. I've... read full comment
