Had booking for child football measure. Was greeted by nice young lady called Umar. She was engaging with my little one, brought out a number of options for him to try on and was very helpful.

Children's floor closed during trade hours for interviews. I couldn't belive that! On 24th of June 2024 served us a large lady with fake eyelashes, fake nails and fake tan. Unfortunately without name badge. She was very rude and unprofessional. It used to be a very nice shop with friendly staff. I don't want to go back... read full comment
