Extremely bad customer service. Staff are horribly rude. I reached out to corporate who couldn't care less. I'm neurodivergant (autistic) and found the experience wholly upsetting. Witnessed others in the same boat. Terrible store, avoid at all costs.

If I could leave less I would. I am never returning to CEX in Southampton city centre because there was horrible customer service as they messed up the instructions they gave me for a trade in and I ended up losing money instead of gaining any.
