Staff all stood around the desk no help at all! Waited 15 minutes to attempt to be served at the desk and still no one came over! Absolutely useless staff and waste of a shop!

They’re extremely unhelpful. As a family we keep 4 mobiles on one account. They are unable to provide this. No help at all on the phones. Kept telling me I had to just go back and take out a contract with Vodafone for 2 x the price!! Would not recommend wasting your time with them
