Rubbish food. Basically frozen food was placed in a nice serving dish . Lasagne was hard and v dry . When I spoke to the manager over the phone the next day as I was embarrassed at the time to let her know by serving food rubbish in front of other customers. Last minute decision whilst in town , and wished we hadn't now. Service always good and no change there , but presentation and food content well below usual standard. Appreciate costs have risen , but what we received was certainly not worth the money paid , and will probably not go again Also £3.75 a for a small hot... read full comment

I have often walked past Caluccio's and thought that it looked quite comfortable and cosy. I decided to give it a try after a stressful morning. Carluccio’s began life in 1991 when Antonio and Priscilla opened their food shop in Neal Street, bringing the finest quality regional Italian food to London.
They carefully wrote each label by hand and explored the length and breadth of Italy to find the best ingredients. In 1999 they opened the first Carluccio’s Caffè in Market Place – an authentic Italian restaurant in the truest sense of the word, and a continuation of their successful food shop.
