I needed some specific balloons for our upcoming party. I found the staff (Rachel & her colleague)at the Bitterne (Southampton) absolutely brilliant. They had some very good ideas as well.

Partner brought a balloon yesterday. By the time she got home was going down. Took it back today and I presume the manager was rude and very unhelpful. These days with the way things are financially, customer services are so important. Good luck in the future with that attitude
