Rude Pharmacist obviously didn't make any effort to help & told me to do an E-Consult. Commented on something my GP disagreed with later anyway.We are being encouraged to seek advice from pharmacists but based on this experience I won't go to this Boots again

Lynn who works in Dior was amazing with me; I went in with no intention to buy anything but I was speaking to her and she told me about the offers Dior are giving and I’m a big fan of Dior so she convinced me to buy a few things, she’s a lovely presentable lady with a smile on her face!

Rude pharmacist was negative straight away I was waiting in the queue the lady in front of me left, I stepped forward and I was told off to seat down and wait for no apparent reason.
