Shambolic, waited through my tight lunch break only to be told the insulin I ordered online days before wasn't there after all, no solution except hand a prescription back to me. Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had.

Went there in the morning.lady at the counter (tall, long hair)struggled to find the prescription for patient in a front of me, she looked quite distressed and angry, snappy comments to her colleagues. Not very nice to watch

I used this pharmacy for the first time today. What a delight all the staff were. I had spent the afternoon trudging around all the city pharmacies but none had an essential medication except this one and they reserved it for us.
