Went into branch to pay a large sum to a customer from a business account as i'm restricted to £100k max a day. Waited in line for over an hour to wait to be assisted. Once seen made to wait further as 3 different people needed to sign off the large payment. Finally left with payment receipt in hand to find the next day... read full comment

Laugh of a bank. Expensive with one branch for a city with population of 250000. And they only work for 5 hours. My wife needs to change name on her account. This is banks requirement to come to the branch with relevant documents. But at the same time the bank does everything to deter us from coming.The X - platform based... read full comment
