Went into the store to sort out my sons nintendo, and Libby went above and beyond to help me with my query. Recieved amazing customer service!

The staff makes a lot of mistakes, they mix up orders. Today they didn't want to give me back my parcel, which had my name on it, because the old lady didn't agree with the order number, she said she wouldn't serve me again and that I should never order anything else from Argos... The women staff who served me today are absolutely useless. Ordered 2 huge things that have massive stickers all over stating minimum 2 person to carry. They refused to help get it to my car. Didn’t have a trolley to help. Luckily for me a member of the public helped me. Absolute morons here.
