I returned a pair of boots I'd bought online (lovely boots, incorrect sizing) and had an unpleasant experience from one of the male shop assistants, who continued to look at his laptop as if I didn't exist. When he did deign to acknowledge my existence he was curt and rude. Having read other reviews I realise my experience...

Called to check they were happy for me to return my online purchases in store to be answered by a very rude man, I had wanted to do this so I could make further purchases. He was very unpleasant and has put me off shopping here. I will send my items back in the post and order on line again.
