1) No Customer Toilets2) The attitude of the “lad” on the “Customer Service” desk sucks. When asked “Do you have a customer toilet at all?” He gives looks right down on you and just replied “No”…. Perhaps a “No, sorry, we don’t…you could try x, y, z”I’ll take my custom elsewhere!

Firstly, the first time you visit if coming by car it is a bit confusing! The public car park is first and then the waitrose car park is on left and goes into a weird one way system - there was parking each time we came, just a bit odd!
