Refused my legal private prescription that I was told to go and get from boots and would be no issues with it. And now I'm going to have to order a new prescription which I needed urgently, which I will have to pay extra for to have prescribed again.

Very slow service, not enough staff. Like many businesses now, run on a shoestring to maximise profit.
