Provided with faulty glasses which keep popping out the frame, have been going to a local specsavers for the last year who kept putting them back in until eventually they advised me to go back to the Portsmouth store as that's where I got them from to get it sorted as clearly an issue. After my eye test, I was told to have a look at the frames while waiting for someone to be assigned to me for further assistance. I had to check with the reception 45 minutes later, if they were aware I was still waiting to be assisted. Apart from that, everything else was highly professional.
