Man serving me didn't seem to have a clue how to process a refund. Tried to purchase another top but was unable to as he couldn't remove the security tag! Beyond useless.

POOR SERVICE - You have a very bad, rude and unfriendly staff especially the cashier(lady), at the commercial road store Portsmouth. I won't be shopping at the store again.
