Despite stating that they are open from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, you can turn up at 10.30am on a Tuesday and they’ll be closed. Very unreliable.

I had an awful experience with a very incompetent Post Office assistant today. She blatantly incorrectly told me that neither she, nor anyone in the UK will certify my ID document without a form from the organisation requesting it. According to the Royal Mail, the post office closes at 1 pm on Saturday. I took a 15 min trip to collect a package and when I arrived at 12:40 pm they were already closed. poor service.
