I went to collect a parcel and was told I cannot do so because I do not have a barcode to scan, which should have been sent to me by DPD. I informed them this is a collection that was rerouted to you via DPD from a home address, so I wasn't sure if I should have received one, but that I have the tracking information.Apparently... read full comment
