Have come to my local post office during opening hours - obviously.To be told there is at least a 10 min wait because the person who should be behind the counter is taking a break. I get that but in every line of business I’ve worked in, when providing a service to the public, no cover = no break!!!!

Post Office a shambles! Web site says it opens at 0830, I asked one of the staff why it wasn't open, apparantly this is down to area manager Tony Scott not knowing what he is doing (throw him under the bus why don't you). Returned at 0900 when it is supposed to open to find four staff behind the counter, none of them able... read full comment
