Awful customer service and extremely confusing rewards system. Went in to redeem my birthday donut, but the staff was rude and unhelpful. Despite having the birthday donut reward in the wallet, staff said I couldn't redeem it and offered no help.

Great and efficient little kiosk. Really appreciated how cheerful the lady was behind the counter in the afternoon on 8/10/23 ? Thanks for NHS discount also ?

Had my 1st Krispy kreme today myself and my brother got a strawberry cream and cookies and cream and ripped them in half so we get to try both of them they were both lovely but definitely the strawberry one was my favourite ?And the women was lovely and good craic
