Lovely staff but the fact they are closed on Saturdays is just complete madness in this day and age.

If there's a nicer, friendlier, happier & helpful assistant than Susannah, I haven't met him/her. The service she gave me, as a former customer with a refund problem, was exemplary and a great credit to herself & the Halifax.
