Had a recent MOT here and for the second time in 2 years with a different car and they said the same advisories scored brake discs,rusty,and low brake pads.and these cars were not very old.in all my 55 years of having 15 cars these are the first times they have picked these sort of things up. Horrible level of customer service, I had MOT booked, accidentally I have booked it for wrong day, that’s fine but I don’t expect to hear NO when I walked in and said I have MOT Booked in, the guy working behind desk on Saturday 11/11 was awful, no customer service skills at all, how about help customer and try to look... read full comment
