A nice selection of clothes at the Gunwharf Quays shop, however the dress I tried on already had a hole so not sure of quality. The staff were not friendly, the woman serving me was rude and looked very bored. She barely looked at us, biting her nails and practically threw the bag at me after paying. A good range of clothes and very good discounts. But when I buy clothes the sales assistants always say "You can't get a refund on these items".Not only is this unfriendly (never a "Hi, did you find what you needed / how are you?" Etc etc), but also it is incorrect information. I can get a refund.A strange decision by whoever... read full comment
