I came to the UK for work and didn't know I would be staying at a hotel in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall. How lucky was that!! One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. As I walked around to the different stores, I found this to be true here as well EXCEPT...
