They never seem to answer their phone I am on the phone to them now and it has been ringing for 1 hour and still no answer the reason for my phone call is urgent & being housebound I cannot get to the store I will keep trying till they answer this is the Cosham store

Moved my prescription from boots and now yet again my prescription is messed up. I’ve spoken to them three times before my delivery today and two items out of ten show up with the driver saying they said they know items are missing but it doesn’t matter!!!!!!!!!
