Dropped in this morning and it was a lovely surprise to see the new manager Ashley. She used to be at the branch on Commercial Road, Portsmouth, which is our regular haunt. Place is fine and the manager is great but there seems to be an issue with some of the staff. Had a particularly surly young girl serve us yesterday and she kept looking at customers behind us smirking, and looking really fed up, I mentioned it to the manager and he said- ah she’s just tired, she’s worked all weekend.... read full comment
