Never had an issue with this shop but the door doesn't always work and I have walked into it several times

Just spent nearly £30 and My order never arrived. When i called the store, they kept me on hold and started arguing among themselves. Customer Service is at its worst. The Duty Manager does not even have a clue of how to manage the store. Absolute Nightmare!
