Poor customer service at Southsea. More interested in getting home than making a sale. Disappointed. Will shop elsewhere.

That's the last time I go here, really unhelpful staff (who previously missold me an incorrect size shoe because that's what they had in stock) who today pretended to be jobs-worths but in fact they were just being lazy, preferring to do no work and chat for the remaining half hour before the shop closed.

We went to get my 18 month old grandson fitted for new shoes. Nothing was to much trouble for the lovely lady who served us!She even suggested that we buy online and then take him to check the fitting once we received them as they were low on his size in the stockroom & if the online purchase was no good it could be refunded... read full comment
