Very unhelpful staff. In this day and age is it difficult to check their stock for availability? I wanted to buy a plushie, online it says it’s available at their store and be ready in 2 hours but I can’t get it while I’m in the store!!! What has the world come to? I find it for uncultured and out of loop

Had my ears peirced here on Monday. Both staff really nice. Lady who did the peircing was pleasant, proffesional and freindly. Nice shop to look round and was allowed to look round at my own pace with no pressure put onme which you get in alot of shops. Thank you ladies.

Had my ears pierced yesterday by a lovely lady. Well trained and very professional, very happy with her customer service. I thought the prices were a bit expensive, but the customer service was great.
