Staff are 1st Class !! Helpfull with a smile , London Rd / Kingston Rd . been with lalys for 30yrs + . Wouldn't go anywhere else as I have a complicated mix of medications forever changing. I’m angry on behalf of my elderly mother about the poor service due to transition from city pharmacy to Lalys. I have called 3 times without success. My mum is 93 and has been waiting 11days now for a prescription delivery . Surely such delays then create additional burden for NHS GPs as people call the surgery to follow... read full comment
