Having been directed here from a smaller branch they still didn't stock what we wanted. The staff member we spoke to was helpful.

Incredibly difficult getting a response... never answer the telephones.. had to email head office .. Then on arrival at the store.. one dept has little knowledge of the others...

If staff go sick let people know as costumers can't keep there booked appointments for flu jabs
