My optician, Zara, was wonderful. She went through the price ranges for my contacts with clarity and even gave alternative options. The employees behind the desk are also great, every visit I’ve had they’ve always been helpful and polite.

some delay waiting while there was a staff changeover. after this the staff were friendly. optician was top notch, and comforting
