SCAMMERS !!! BOTH ORDERS CAME WRONG HAD TO PAY £3 EACH TO SEND BACK STILL WAITING FOR REFUNDS. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND EMAILS ARE AUTOMATED SO YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. EMAILS ANSWERS ARE SENT 2 DAYS AFTER YOU HAVE SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE SAME MESSAGE NO WONDER THERE REVIEWS ARE 0 NEVER USE AGAIN !!!!!

Paid for 2 day delivery, they lied and said despite not being dispatched that it will come in time. Obviously it didn’t, because they lied and just didn’t want me to cancel the order. Item never arrived. Don’t order if you need your item in time for a job.

Lamp cover on extractor hood failed for some unknown reason, phoned the UK office of the Italian manufacturer to be told that they did not hold or distribute spare parts. Did a Google search which came up with S2R, put the hood model number on their web site, found and ordered the part on 10/1/24 it arrived today 13/1/24... read full comment
