Only two pay points open so another customer asked if more could be opened and the floor manager did oblige with one more. She asked me to move to a different pay point. Went in early for Valentines dine in. Hardly any of the advertised courses, shelves were almost empty. Went into M and S who had every option advertised. Shame on you Waitrose.
