Went in to drop off a parcel and lady who was serving was very rude. I had a barcode for her to scan to send my parcel, was instructed that the device can’t scan the barcode on dark backgrounds, so friendly suggested as the screen said that we might have to use the code instead and manually input it. This shop keeps closing at 12pm with just a notice on the door. Really inconvenient when I’ve driven all the way there to drop off a parcel to the yodel drop off point.
