We have always enjoyed shopping at the Caird Road, New Milton Store. However, since the recent changes on the shelves, it is impossible to find a lot of items. Even the staff don't aways know which shelf to send customers to. Many people I speak to are saying the same thing. We are considering changing to another store... read full comment

Tesco need to do a full refurb it's absolute disgrace...... Fridges and freezers regularly leaking and needing refurb, just been in to do shop and lots cordoned off with repairs being done during opening hours, food in freezers are regularly defrosting and freezers are filthy, so is half the store.
