I had a really good experience this morning. Jasmine was very ready to help and took all my concerns seriously. She gave me complete autonomy over my decisions and was patient and thorough. Thank you Jasmine you were brilliant!

I had an appointment today at 10.30 due to unforeseen road works I was exactly 5 minutes late and was then told I had to rebook as the member of staff was unable to see me. What kind of customer service do they call that. I will not be dealing with that branch again.
