Second attempt in the last 6 months to get face to face for genuine issues. One wonders if there actually any back office staff. Again after two days we had to resort to hospital services, which were excellent. What is the point of this place if no one is home?

Very useless and unreliable. They have the most stupid booking system and for someone who works odd hours and is unable to call at set times it's makes it impossible to get an appointment. Today was my first experience at this Surgery and I have to say I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I have to single out Dr Rashid who showed a genuine ability listen to me, and a desire to help me.
