Hays Travel in Lymington used to be the best place in the town for currency exchange, but unfortunately their protocol has changed now, putting a stop to this. Whereas if you were changing a four figure sterling sum they would sort you out the best exchange rate they are no longer prepared to do that. If you have been quoted...

It's been years since I booked a holiday through a travel agent, but I had tried and failed to book my cruise on the internet, so I thought it was time to go old school. I'm glad I did.
