Good quality and choice but like a lot of shops to many self serving terminals

Scruffiest Waitrose I've ever been in. Bakery section was a real mess. Many labels were missing, and some did not relate to the products on the shelf. We all know it isn't a cheap store anyway, but I expect better if I'm paying top dollar.
