Relating to this branch:You have to knock the door to get in, and it is locked behind you.You are then sat in the front by the windows. There are four seats with people working there but you don't get taken to them. You are left sat at a coffee table fiddling around for paperwork, sometimes for matters you'd rather deal... read full comment
