Booked the Raven Hotel last minute and have to say I was not disappointed. Checking in was smooth and easy, rooms were very clean and Stephen and his team were great, offering great customer service. To finish off my stay the freshly cooked Full English breakfast was amazing…… thank you for a relaxing stay.

We are usually Premier Inn customers for last minute stays but The Raven was the closest to our family we wanted to visit. I must say this Greene King Hotel compares well to Premier. From the moment I called (night worker) at 5pm to say we are going to check in late. To the moment walking out everything was adversarial. Couldn’t do anything to help at any point. Got to collect key before 10pm Wasn’t aware of building works (not posted on website) so effects people in the hotel during the day. Green... read full comment
