Visited yesterday to buy a stamp and joined a queue that was pretty much out of the shop! Lost 15 minutes trying to print a label using a printer in the shop which was not working. This happened despite triyng to explain to the lovely lady at the desk that I was told by the email sent by Royal Mail that the label can be generated by them after scanning a QR code. 15 minutes later, and waiting twice in que, the... read full comment
