Failed to deliver next day delivery 3 times even with people home waiting. No apology, returned to Amazon as a mistake supposedly. More worried about striking than providing any kind of service.

Only open from 8am to 10pm, when do you pick up your parcel if you work from 8 to 5, the only day I could pick up is Sunday, oh, but they're closed! Is it actually even worth opening the doors for two hours a day??
